The Beginning 1980
The story of Hassan Group began with the late businessman Hassan Ali Atoum, who opened the first retail store “Al-Hassan Grocery Store” in the center of the commercial market in the city of Jerash. The store at that time specialized in selling basic food products, including canned and preserved food products, and vegetables.. This humble beginning enabled the late Atoum to establish and develop key relationships with local manufacturers.
Continuing the Legacy 2011
During the twenty-first century, the second generation of the Atoum family worked to support the strong legacy that had been built over the past years, while the Hassan Group continued to develop, grow and become more institutionalized. The development of the new management in 2011 to improve operational efficiencies and adopt an effective corporate development policy and increase profitability, which led to strengthening the group's growth strategy and enabled it to expand profit margins, improve efficiencies and expand its scope of work as it updated and improved the IT infrastructure, which included adopting the system applications product (Presto Soft) to review internal operations and ensure security and data integrity.
Local growth 2019
In 2019, Hassan Group began expanding locally within Jordan and regionally, seeking to enter markets in the consumer sector. The group continued to significantly acquire the Jordanian market and reach consumers through wholesale markets, malls, retail outlets, small stores and grocery stores. Thanks to the superior distribution capabilities owned by Hassan Group, it was able at that time to establish a large fleet of distribution trucks, and provide a wide local and regional distribution network.

Our vehicle tracking system provides reliable and accurate navigation data, allowing us to track trucks remotely using GPS to ensure maximum market distribution, coverage and control. Through this system, we create events for the site visited, distance traveled, and goods delivered, and generate reports based on these events.
Route Management
Our routes have been optimized to balance delivery time and service time. We set sales days, service delivery sequences and create optimized routes that match the pressure of operations. Rerouting deliveries has reduced delivery distances by 25%, thus reducing fuel consumption costs and truck wear and tear.
Reporting System
It links all collected data and provides the ability to generate customized reporting reports to make informed and smarter business decisions. This system also enables us to obtain accurate data in a timely manner to make decisions at various levels regarding determining paths, channels, regions, brands and categories.

We operate one of the largest warehouses and storage facilities in all of Jordan, which are regularly subject to a series of safety and quality checks. Our storage, sales and distribution facilities are also strategically located and include automatic mechanisms for transporting all regular, refrigerated and frozen products to different areas, allowing us to provide a special support service for all food categories in which we operate.
